Header block body. This block shows you what a block looks like in the header region and does not have a title because the title heading would cause a WCAG AA heading nesting error.
Alice Blue
Alice Blue is a very light blue theme with a margin from D-theme.com.
This theme is based on Aardvark. The only changes are the colour and a 0.5 em padding around the body to produce a slight space between the text and the edge of the window.
The padding is measured in em because em is proportional to the font size. When the default font size is increased, the padding will increase in proportion. Try shrinking your browser window to see the effect on the padding. Compare this padding to the 0 padding in Aardvark, the 1% padding in Antique White and the pixels used in Aqua.
All the colours used in Aardvark are defined using the hexadecimal notation, #rrggbb. Alice Blue uses using the extended HTML colour names. There are reports of browsers not working with the extended names but no current list. If you spot a browser that works with Aardvark then fails to work with the Alice Blue colours, please add a comment and include the browser details, especially the version from the browser About page.

Validation
This theme inherits all the good features of Aardvark. If you use the header block with a title, the title will create a WCAG AA heading nesting error. Either do not use the header block or leave the title out of the header block.
The W3C and Total Validator agree this theme is XHTML 1.0 Strict.
The CSS validates at levels 2.1 and 3. ![]()
TV validates the theme as WCAG (WAI) A, AA, AAA, and US 508. Cynthia Says agrees this theme is US 508 and WAI as far as a computer can check. WAVE did not detect accessibility errors.
