Colourise

Colourise uses blue and white text on a black background in fluid and fixed width layout.
Download Colourise from drupal.org/project/colourise. This Colourise is 6.x-2.1 from 2009-Apr-27, a 76.98 KB download.
This page has a configuration option changed from Wide (Fixed width: 960px) to Fluid (min-width: 780px).
Colourise Theme Settings:
Page Width:
Narrow (Fixed width: 780px)
Medium (Fixed width: 840px)
Wide (Fixed width: 960px)
Super Wide (Fixed width: 1020px)
Extreme Wide (Fixed width: 1140px)
Fluid (min-width: 780px)
Select the page width you need. Be careful, the Narrow and Medium Width may not suite 2 sidebars.

The W3C and Total Validator both pass this theme as XHTML 1.0 Strict. TV also validates this theme as WCAG (WAI) A and US 508. This theme failed WCAG AA with the following heading nested out of order. Cynthia Says agree this theme is US 508 and WAI compliant as far as a computer can check. Wave did not detect accessibility errors. Validating the theme against CSS 2.1 produces the following error report. Validation against CSS 3 produces:
