Header block body. This block shows you what a block looks like in the header region and does not have a title because the title heading would cause a WCAG AA heading nesting error.
Framework
Framework is light weight and fixed width.
Download Framework from drupal.org/project/framework. This version is 6.x-2.6 from 2009-Jul-14, a 34.5 KB download.
The W3C says this theme is XHTML 1.0 Strict, CSS 2.1 and CSS 3. Total Validator agrees on the XHTML.
Wave did not detect accessibility errors. Cynthia Says the theme is US 508 and WAI compliant as far as a computer can check. Total Validator agrees on the US 508 but found one WCAG (WAI) level A problem, improperly nested headings. The following heading could be changed to a h2 to fix the problem. The developer suggests a change in drupal.org/node/321566.
