Garland is supplied with Drupal and is the default you see when you install Drupal 6.
The available regions are the default Drupal 6 regions, Left sidebar, Right sidebar, Content, Header, and Footer.
This theme passed both the W3C and Total Validator tests for XHTML 1.0 Strict. TV passed the theme as US 508, and WCAG all the way up to AAA. Cynthia Says the theme is US 508 and WAI compliant as far as a computer can check. Wave did not detect accessibility errors.

This theme failed CSS 2.1 because the theme uses properties that were not defined until CSS 3.
