Golden Hour
Golden Hour is a raw beta version of the Drupal 6 version of this theme.

There is one thing to fix to achieve XHTML 1.0 Strict validation.
The following line contains a style attribute and the default style sheet language is not specified. The best approach is to put this width into a class and use the class in this line.

The info file also contains the following line with a back tick character that has no meaning and is just weird.

Cynthia Says the theme is WAI compliant as far as a computer can check. Wave did not detect accessibility errors.
