Marinelli has three columns and a tabbed menu at the top.

Download Marinelli from drupal.org/project/marinelli. This Marinelli is 6.x-2.95 from 2009-May-17, an 823.75 KB download, and includes several variations of the theme, Alagna, Giordani, and Gnifetti.

Theme specific settings

There is a useful setting in the configuration page. Look for the following heading.
Do you want to use static or drop down Primary Links ?:
The default is static and produces a messy menu. Choose drop down for a neat look. This page uses the drop down option.

The W3C and Total Validator agree this theme is XHTML 1.0 Strict.

The CSS validates at levels 2.1 and 3.

TV validates the theme as WCAG (WAI) A, AA, AAA, and US 508. Cynthia Says agrees this theme is US 508 and WAI as far as a computer can check. WAVE did not detect accessibility errors.
