Minnelli is a subtheme of Garland supplied with Drupal.

Minnelli is fixed width and way to narrow for general purpose use. If you choose Minnelli for your site, use Garland for the administration area to allow for the wide lists.

This version is from Drupal 6.12. The W3C test says this is XHTML 1.0 Strict. The W3C CSS tests say this is valid CSS 3 but not 2.1 because it uses properties that do not exist until 3. Total Validator and Cynthia Says agree it is US 508 as far as a computer can check. TV says it is WCAG A through AAA. Wave did not detect accessibility errors.
