Mondrian
Think outside the circle.
Mondrian is passed as XHTML 1.0 Strict by W3C and TV. The W3C says it is CSS 2.1 and 3 compliant. TV passes it as US 508 and WCAG all the way from A to AAA.
Mondrian was converted to Drupal 6 at PeterMoulding.com. See Candy Corn for a description of the conversion. Hopefully someone at drupal.org will maintain the D6 version.
