Omega is a Drupal theme based on 960gs and has lots of regions.
Download Omega from drupal.org/project/omega. This version is 6.x-1.0-beta3 from 2010-Apr-10, a 69.68 download.
Regions
The regions in this theme are Left sidebar, Right sidebar, Content, Content Top, Content Bottom, Footer, Primary Links, Secondary Links, User 1, User 2, User 3, User 4, User 5, and User 6. This example page starts to look a mess because many of the regions are used. you would normally use only some of the regions at the top of the page.
