The W3C validator says the theme is XHTML 1.0 Strict but the more precise TV validator picks up three occurrences of the following XHTML error. The divisions have style attributes but the default style sheet language is not specified. The best approach is to create a CSS class.

The theme validates as CSS 2.1 and CSS 3. Wave did not detect accessibility errors. Cynthia Says it is US 508 and WAI compliant as far as a computer can check. TV will agree on WAI and US 508 after the XHTML style attributes are moved to CSS.
