The theme passes the basic W3C test then fails the precise TV XHTML 1.0 validation due to the following element having an inline style but the theme not supplying a default style sheet language. The theme developers should replace the inline style with normal CSS and supply the default style sheet language to stop validation failures when people use inline styles within content.

Wave did detect accessibility errors. TV will pass the theme at WCAG AA and US 508 when the inline style problem is fixed. Cynthia Says the theme is WAI and US 508 compliant as far as a computer can check.
