TV validates the theme as WCAG (WAI) A, AA, AAA, and US 508. Cynthia Says agrees this theme is US 508 as far as a computer can check.
Cynthia Says reports two WAI errors but these are user errors. The description and keyword meta elements are based on the page content, not the theme. I added both using the Drupal add-on Nodewords module.
