Skyliner
Skyliner uses pure CSS, not code, to format whatever is produced by Drupal.

Regions
This theme defines two regions for blocks, one in the top right corner named Slide blocks, and the is the footer at the bottom. Select the Slide blocks block title to see the example block.
Validation
This page fails XHTML validation because the Drupal system module produces a line containing invalid XHTML.
Validating as CSS 3 produces the following error.
