Strange Little Town is fixed or fluid, based on configuration settings, and is XHTML 1.0 Strict.

There are several useful theme specific settings.
Page Width:
Narrow (Fixed width: 780px)
Medium (Fixed width: 840px) (The default)
Wide (Fixed width: 960px)
Super Wide (Fixed width: 1020px)
Extreme Wide (Fixed width: 1140px)
Fluid (min-width: 780px) (The setting used on D theme.)

Show Back to Top link (the link will appear at footer)

Both W3C and the stricter TV validate this theme as XHTML 1.0 Strict. Wave did not detect accessibility errors. The TV WCAG AA test reported a problem with heading levels.
