Tarski has a flexible layout with one, two, or three columns. There is a version for Drupal 7.

Download Tarski from drupal.org/project/tarski. There is both this version 6.x-1.1, a 305.64 KB download from 2010-Jun-19, and a verison for Drupal 7.
