Workspace is part of the Studio theme pack.
Workspace is based on Canvas and Canvas is part of the Studio theme pack. The other themes in the pack are Canvas and Paint. Paint is Canvas with an added left hand sidebar. Workspace is Paint with more elaborate themeing
One really annoying thing about this theme is the public name of Workspace but the internal name of wsadmin. Using workspace as the internal name would conflict with the module named Workspace. Suggest a new name at drupal.org/node/477916.
